Portfolio |
| A collective chain of 8 independent
limited companies make up the strategically located
branches of the Syntema Group. Many of our products
within the Syntema portfolio are sourced from
within continental Europe to ensure we are able
to bring state-of the-art, technologically advanced
products to the UK market. We represent a unique
and unrivalled product portfolio to UK industry
with many of our partner-suppliers offering Syntema
exclusive rights to supply their products in the
UK, including Becker-Acroma, Becker Powder Coatings,
Tikkurila and OECE. In additional to these core
products, Syntema offer a wide variety of leading
brand application equipment and associated sundries,
including Kremlin, ITW DeVilbiss, Tremco and 3M. |

& Guarantees |
All
Syntema partner-suppliers and their products
are subjected to intensive inspection,
testing and field trials to provide assured
performance and guarantees. Most products
have already been proven in many of the
world's most demanding climates and applications.
We maintain strict disciplines to ensure
consistent quality control of products
and services. Only when we are fully satisfied
that the above has taken place, will we
include them within our product portfolio
and allow the Syntema name to be attached
to them. |

| Delivery |
Most
products are available ex-stock with next
day delivery to the mainland UK with no
minimum order value. To ensure the products
arrive on time, we have invested in 30
delivery vehicles with our own trained
drivers covering 99% of UK mainland post
codes. We avoid the use of external carriers
to ensure that the supply chain management
is totally within our control at all times.
This ensures that you, the customer, receive
your products undamaged and on time, every
time. In the unlikely event of a problem
with delivery, we can respond quickly. |
