If the heater becomes
blocked, the static mixers can be simply drilled out. With
standard heaters the body has to be replaced which can be
expensive.
The static mixer creates turbulent
flow which means all the paint/lacquer has contact with heated
walls of fluid passage. As a result the heater operates at
lower kW rating than standard heaters which reduces operating
costs and increases heater life. |
