Junction 7 M25 just off the A23, behind Coulsdon South
British Rail station. A state of the art 8,000 square

From M25 (A23)
Leave the M25 at junction 7 and
head West towards London on the A23. After
approximately 5 miles you will pass Coulsdon-South
train station. Turn right immediately after
the railway bridge and then first left.

roundabout and Syntema South East is the
4th unit on the left hand side.

through Coulsdon high street, go through
the double set of traffic lights and turn
