Pot Life

Minimum 8 hours
Catalysed lacquer left overnight should be adjusted for viscosity and
mixed 1:1 with freshly catalysed coating prior to use.

Application

Standard products are for conventional spray. Consult Technical
Service Department for use with other spraying techniques. Special
products are available for curtain and roller coating.
Air pressure: 35 - 45 psi
Fluid pressure: 10 - 15 psi

Drying

Touch Dry: 15 - 20 mins
Sanding/Re-coating: 60 - 90 mins
These times may be reduced by forced drying
Packing: Overnight

Limitations

Not recommended for use on horizontal working surfaces in laboratory, kitchen or bar situations.

Packaging

Available in 6 litre pails containing 5 litres and 25 litre pails containing 20
litres (both having sufficient ullage for the addition of the Acid Catalyst).
Acid Catalyst available in 500ml and 2 litre plastic containers.
