| Limitations |
| Do not use over white or pastel shade enamels. A special
non-yellowing Acid Catalysed Lacquer is available for this purpose. Do not apply over Polyurethane Lacquers or vice-versa, as severe yellowing may develop on ageing. Cherry and similar timbers can be prone to reddening when exposed to natural daylight, which is accelerated by the presence of acid in glues and lacquers. For these it is recommended that the acid ratio be reduced to 20:1. Not recommended for use on horizontal working surfaces in laboratory, kitchen or bar situations. |
